Always a sabbatical favorite, our Newton Center (Boston) home Is for rent starting next July (2023), for a one-year (or two-year, or preferably multiple-year) lease.
Private entrance, large back and front yards, perfect for weathering quarantine (though we hope it won’t be necessary for much longer.)

This is the ground floor unit of a separate-entrance two-family home; the upstairs neighbors are a lovely young couple with an adorable (& quiet!) ten-year-old.

Condo utilities depend largely on use, but for our family of five, working at home fulltime (ie, this is pretty much the max you can expect to pay) we paid:
Electricity: $70/month
Natural gas: $100/month average over the year (ranging from $35 to $170/month depending on time of year.)
Corona-friendly: The two HVAC heating/cooling systems are not connected; there are separate furnaces and separate ductwork on separate floors (one in attic, one in basement.)

Almost accessible but not quite: The main unit is on one floor, and one of the bathrooms has an accessible walk-in shower. Doorways are wheelchair-passable but narrow. But there are stairs dpwm to the basement/garage.
Basement storage unit for your use is roughly 3 x 5 feet. (Garage space can also be used as storage.)
$4300/month, unfurnished. (Furnished may also be a possibility for an additional fee.)
